About Us

Commitment and Quality

Based in Surrey, the Property Partnership has been building, extending and renovating high quality homes for over 15 years. In that time we have worked on projects both large and small, and our commitment to quality remains unchanged.
We have a small team with the addition of specialist trades. This gives us unparalleled control over our finished product and allows us to strictly maintain the standards we set ourselves. We only use tradesmen qualified in their fields.

Why Work With Us
The Property Partnership has a core team that provides all the crucial elements to enable us to deliver effectively and efficiently from concept to completion. With experienced project management, site management, back-office support and a stand-alone plumbing division we are equipped to deliver a full service to our clients maintaining quality as our number one priority. Many of our team, including our subcontractors, have been with us for a number of years. It is important to work with those who share our company values and quality ethos.

We are passionate about building homes and creating spaces that our clients love. We engage with architects and design experts to deliver stunning homes. We have a real motivation to make the design of any project work and have the attention to detail to ensure it stands out from the norm.
We take pride in delivering consistently high quality products and services no matter the size or complexity of project.
We have completed a wide variety of developments from period property refurbishments and re-modelling to new house/apartment schemes. The widespread skill base of our team encompasses general building, property development and design. Every project is independently monitored and inspected by a third party.

We believe in making a positive and lasting impact in the community, not only through what we do, but also in how we do it.
