Grange Road

After an introduction via a local agent, we created a scheme that comprised nine contemporary one-bedroom flats on an extremely constrained town centre site. Due to height and boundary restrictions the development needed careful consideration in order to maximize the land value for the landowner. With our in-depth knowledge of local demand, we created a design focused on modern living maximizing light and internal space.
